Protein balls
- 270 grams hazelnuts
- 170 grams unhulled tahini
- 40 grams dessicated coconut
- 50 grams dates
- 110 grams honey
Coating
- 30 grams dessicated coconut
- 1-2 tablespoons blueberry powder (optional)

Mill hazelnuts in TM bowl 10 secs/speed 9.
Add rest of protein ball ingredients and combine 30 secs/speed 9 using spatula to assist.
Scrape down sides of bowl if necessary and process further.
Roll into balls with wet hands.
For coating:
Process extra coconut and blueberry powder in TM bowl for 10 secs/speed 9.
Roll balls in the coating and place in freezer.
Makes about 25 protein balls.

Can be kept in fridge but I think they taste even better frozen.
