Ingredients

Biscuit Base

  • 170 grams Chocolate Ripple Biscuits
  • 70 grams Butter

Filling

  • 100 grams Oreo Cookies
  • 250 grams Philly Cream Cheese
  • 65 grams castor sugar
  • 75 grams Thickened Cream (plus extra for serving)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon YIAH Milk Chocolate Powder

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 160 fan forced oven.

     

    2. Crush Oreo's 2sec/speed 5. Set aside.

     

    3. Crush chocolate ripple biscuits 5sec/speed 5. Set aside.

     

    5. Add crushed chocolate ripple biscuits back into bowl with butter and mix 5sec/speed 5. scrape bowl and repeat if necessary. 

     

    6. Pack the biscuits into silicone moulds with a spoon and neaten the edges. Set aside whilst preparing the filling.

     

    7. Place sugar and cream cheese in bowl and beat 5sec/speed5. Add egg, cream, lemon juice and crushed oreo's and beat 5sec/ speed5. Scrape bowl and repeat.

     

    8. Place filling into prepared moulds and cook for 15mins. once cooked turn oven off and open up oven door. Leave until slightly cooled.

     

    9. Once cooled down place in fridge. 

     

    10. In a clean bowl add thickened cream and chocolate powder and whip until stiff. Once cheesecakes have cooled decorate with cream and sprinkle over more crushed oreo's. 

Tip

Do not over beat mixture and keep refrigerated. This is the chcolate powder used in recipe.
