- 5 medjool dates, pitted
- 20 g raw cacao powder
- 350 g ice

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Pour sugar itno bowl and mill for 10 seconds / speed 9.
Add dates and chop 10 seconds / speed 10.
Scrap bowl and add cacao powder and ice and blend for 20 seconds / speed 7.
Scrape bowl and blend again for 20 seconds / speed 7 or until creamy like ice cream.
Ice Cream
Tip
This ice cream can be frozen and re churned, or scoop straight from the freezer and add to milk to make milkshakes.
