Ingredients
Mousse
- 80 grams dark chocolate
- Zest of 2 oranges
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 20 grams pitted dates
- 20 grams Maple syrup
- 15 grams Coconut sugar, (or honey or agave)
- 1 banana
- 1 Avacado
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt, large
- 2 tablespoon Greek yogurt

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
mill sugar and dates 10 seconds speed 9 then place aside.
Add chocolate to TM bowl and grate 5 seconds on speed 8
place butterfly in bowl then add zest (reserving some for garnish) and melt chocolate for 5 minutes 50 degrees speed 1
once melted add oil,sugar, dates, maple syrup, banana, avacado, cocoa, greek yogurt and salt and mix for 1 minute speed 4 stopping intermittedly to scrape down bowl until a smooth consistency.
chill in fridge for at least a couple of hours till firm then serve garnished with remaining zest.
