Ingredients

Rima’s Lebanese Cocktail

  • 720 g Milk
  • 75 g white bread, Trim crusts
  • 50 g cornflour
  • 0.5 tablespoons Orange Blossom Water
  • 1 level tablespoons Rose Water
  • 230 g avocado, Quartered
  • 6 heaped tablespoons honey
  • 200 g Frozen Strawberries, Make sure they are semi frozen by the time you do the strawberry step
  • 1 to taste honey, For drizzling
  • 40 g blanched almonds

Recipe's preparation

    Rima’s Lebanese Cocktail
  1. ASHTA

    1. Place 500g milk into bowl - 5mins, 60 degrees, speed 0.5
    2. Add bread, corn flour - 4mins, 90 degrees, speed 1
    3. Add blossom and rose water - 1min, 90 degrees, speed 2.5

    COCKTAIL

    1. Add avocado, 3tbsp honey & 220g milk - speed 6, 30 seconds.. set aside

    2. Clean bowl, add strawberries and 3 Tbsp honey - 10 seconds, speed 6 and set aside

    ASSEMBLE

    pour strawberry mix then avo mix, then top with ashta, almonds and drizzle with honey

Tip

Adjust sweetness to your liking by increasing or decreasing amounts of honey

recipe can be doubled

add some chopped fruit before pouring cocktail mix in if you wish
