Sticky Date Bliss Balls
- 100 g blanched almonds
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 20 g cocoa powder, or Cacao - OPTIONAL
- 50 g coconut oil
- 250 g pitted dates
- 20 g water
- 60 g dessicated coconut, plus extra for coating
- 100 g Cashews

- Place 100g almonds and 50g sunflower seeds into the mixing bowl. Plus 20 grams cocoa/cacao (optional)
Chop for 7 sec/speed 7. - Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl with a spatula.
Add 50g coconut oil and chop 7 sec/speed 7. - Add 250g pitted dates into the mixing bowl and chop 7 sec/speed 7.
- Add 20g water, 100g cashews, 60g desiccated coconut to the mixing bowl.
Chop 7 sec/speed 7, until combined and mixture comes together. - Place the extra desiccated coconut onto a plate. (Try substitue with crushed nuts)
Using wet hands, roll tablespoons of mixture into balls and roll each ball in coconut to coat. - Place balls into refrigerator/freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes to set before serving.
Can be stored in freezer for approx 1 month.
