- 150 g strawberries
- 1/2 lemon (skin removed)
- 125 g water
- 2 tsp agar agar powder
- 50 g raw sugar (to taste)

Place strawberries and lemon into mixing bowl and puree for 1 min/speed 9. Pour into small bowl and set aside.
Pour 125g water into mixing bowl and add 2 tsp agar agar powder and 50 g raw sugar (to taste - or you could use any sweetner). Leave to soak for approximately 10 mins.
Cook for 7 mins/ 100 degrees/ speed 2.
Add strawberry puree and mix 10 seconds/ speed 4.
Pour into moulds and place into fridge to cool and set.
