Ingredients

Mint Choc Chip Frozen Yoghurt

  • 100 grams raw sugar
  • 150 grams Spinach Leaves
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 720 grams Greek yoghurt, or Thermomix made yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon glucose syrup
  • 120 grams dark choc chips

Recipe's preparation

    Mint Choc Chip Frozen Yoghurt
  1. Mill sugar for 10 secs speed 10, add spinach & mint chop for 10 secs speed 8. Repeat if you want a finer puree.

    Add remaining ingredients, mix 15 secs speed 5. Freeze in an airtight container & serve the next day.

Tip

after 2 hours of yoghurt being in the freezer you can cut it inot chunks & blitz again for 30 secs speed 10 & put back into the container & freeze again.

Freeze into ice cubes & blitz for 10 - 30 secs speed 10 just before you want to serve.
