- 70 grams coconut oil
- 50 grams goji or cranberries
- dash maple syrup or agave syrup, to taste
- --- shredded coconut for rolling

Add all ingredients and blend for approximately 40 seconds on speed 9 until desired consistency achieved. Roll into balls and roll in shredded coconut optional! - add a little water or some more coconut oil if mixture doesn't roll well or is a little dry.
Tip
add any other dried fruit you like - this is a base recipe to tweak until your hearts content!
to make this nut free, substitue nuts for seed mixture, but these need to be milled separately first on speed 9, then remaining ingredients added.
