Recipe's preparation

    FRUIT FILLING
  1.

Preheat oven to 180C.  Grease a casserole or pie dish.

Place 75g raspberries, 75g strawberries, vanilla and honey in bowl and puree for 10 seconds on speed 7.  Scrape down side of bowl and puree for an extra 5-10 seconds if sauce still has a few lumps.  Taste sauce, you can add more honey if you like but it really isn’t needed.

Place remaining berries in casserole dish and mix the berry sauce through.

  2. CRUMBLE
  3.

There is no need to rinse the bowl.  Add all crumble ingredients and set dial to Closed lid"Closed lid" , turbo 3-4 times so it is roughly chopped and the coconut oil has coated ingredients.

Sprinkle crumble over fruit mixture and bake for 30 minutes.

Tip

You could try using maple syrup or agave syrup instead of honey.

This berry crumble is gooooooodddddd. I have never thought to add a sauce to the berries in the base!! I didn't have oats so used a mix of cereal flakes, worked well. Used maple in the berries. Next time I will use butter instead of oil.
We served this with warm custard. It be an amazing breakfast!

Big Smile Delicious. Served it with custard. Everyone loved it. I didn't have any fresh Strawberries, so used frozen mixed berries. Very simple. Given I am new to cooking and my first day with a thermomix, I was very impressed.

This was really good, i took it to a friends for a BBQ and it went down like a treat. I used 100g frozen berries along with the strawberries and you couldn't tell the difference, but i didn't cook it for 30 min (more 20).
