- 4 bananas, peeled, quartered & frozen
1 tsp Vanilla Extracr 1
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, Add at end for a sweeter taste

Place nuts into mixing bowl and mill 5 sec/speed 8.
Add carob or chocolate and mill for further 5 sec/speed 8.
Add banana pieces and process 30 sec/speed 8.
Serve immediately or freeze for later.

Add teaspoon of Vanilla Extract to take bitter taste away
