This is a quick & easy recipe thank you!
i only used 60g Rapadura sugar, as i wanted some for my toddler too. And I only had an orange, so used that instead of lemon. Very tasty!

great! I only used 100gms sugar and it was just right for us. The egg white makes a lovely consistency.

Christina Carole: Did you use fresh mango? I have a heap to use up too. Did you use the same amount as frozen?

Awesome dessert. Mango didn't totally mix however having small chunks of mango made it very nice.
    A definite winner....

Delicious - and so easy to make. Tasted great. I would use a little less sugar next time, and add 500 g of mango - I also used whole zest of a small lemon - 9 guests, 9 empty bowls.
