  • 3 eggs, room temperature
  • 80 grams Coconut sugar
  • 200 grams organic dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Recipe's preparation

    mousse
  1. put the sugar and dark chocolate broken into pieces into the bowl Closed lid"Closed lid" and grind speed 8 20 secs

    cook for 5 mins 70 deg speed 3, add kefir cheese and vanilla thenClosed lid"Closed lid" insert butterfly and

    whip for 1 min speed 4 then add eggsClosed lid"Closed lid" and whip for 3 mins speed 4

    its quite thick so it doesnt need to set so much but it does need to chill in the fridge- it can be served in a large bowl or individual bowls.

    Hi its a probiotic cheese made from full fat milk you will have to google research KEFIR if you arent going to use that then just make a regular choc mousse

    Hi Franfuller - I have never heard of kefir cheese - can normal cream cheese be used ?
