Feijoa energetic smoothie

  • 25 g Coconut sugar
  • 15 g almond
  • 10 g cashew nuts
  • 100 g banana frozen (optional), around one banana
  • 350 g Feijoa pulp
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds, put in a little plate and cover with water for about 10 min or till they get sticky
  • 1/2 teaspoon spirulina
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  1. Place all the ingredients in the the mixing bowl, (including the chia seeds).


    20 seg/speed 10 


    add water if is it to thick


    Then mix 30 sec/speed 4


    Enjoy!!
