This recipe is amazing. I had sore throat and felt so much better after drinking it, not to mention how yummy it tastes. Thanks for sharing
This absolutely works! And it tastes delicious, as soon as that tell tale sore throat begins I make this and sip on it throughout the day.

Whether or not it works scientifically, is one thing, but I found that it helped soothe a little. It is nice and not vile as I thought it was going to be (you know, home made concoctions normally are... ok, maybe I’ve had dodgy ones 🤷♀️). Even my 7 year old asked for seconds. I’ve made this twice now and have taken it to work in a thermos. Enjoying this better than a cup of tea actually. Thank you
Real easy and tasty.
My daughter made this for her sick mumma ... and honestly, it really seemed to relieve my sore throat and flu symptoms. At the very least, it was a deliciously soothing drink that brought comfort when I really didn't feel like eating or drinking anything. It blessed me heaps!

made this for my husband just to see if it would help his sore throat and cold, it did. He had seen his doctor and told him what I had been giving him and the doc said to keep taking it. No antibiotics needed. Thanks for the recipe, will be going in to my favourites.
Yummy and spicy
just what I needed. Don't expect it to work miracles but it was warm and soothing. Great recipe thank you
Hi, I have used this recipe numerous times and shared it with our neighbours and have avoided colds and further sore throats. Worth a shot. I have just made it again tonight for a little one who has a sore throat.
I'm sorry this didn't work for my sore throats I will make it again and try more tomorrow but so far no relief and I drank the whole lot over half an hour. Want relief so bad my throat is on fire.
Worked within minutes!
I was very sceptical that this would work but I was desperate to try anything. after being convinced from the reviews on here I tried it this morning and within minutes of drinking it my sore throat is gone! amazing
