Mango Banana Smoothie
- x1 440gm can Mangos in Syrup
- x1 frozen banana, - roughly sliced
- 70 grams Vanilla Yoghurt
- 20 grams honey
- x8 Ice Cubes (140gm approx)
- 200 grams Milk

Place all ingredients into TM bowl and mix for 1 minute / speed 9 or until smooth consistency is achieved.
Mango Banana Smoothie
Tip
Variations: Fresh Mango and Fresh Banana's can be used if preferred.
Frozen Banana gives a thicker and creamier consistency to the smoothie.
In this recipe I used light milk, however any milk variety would work.

Delicous smoothie!
Great recipe.
I tripled the recipe to use up fruit allow extra for freezing in pouches for school lunches.
I only used about 2 tablespoons of honey and would look at cutting it back further.
This was so delicious and healthy. Loved the hint of honey as well. I used fresh mangoes and bananas. Worked a treat! Thanks for sharing your recipe.
