- 1tbs stock
- 1tbs brown sugar
- 1tbs olive oil
- 1 brown onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 200g Chopped fish pieces, i use dwhite salmon
- 200g coconut cream or milk
- 400g water
- 1 kaffer lime leaves
- 500g Pumpkin - cubed, i used jap pumpkin

chop onion and garlic 3sec speed 7 add olive oil and cook 3min/veroma/speed2,
add red curry paste and cook 2mins/veroma/speed 2
add everything else except the fish and cook 20mins/100/speed2
mix 30secs/speed8,then add fish through hole in lid and cook 3mins/100//rev/speed soft

Tip
i served with corinder on top and slicedraw snow peas for crunch and lime juice

Delicious! Made it exactly as listed. I used dory fillets. So easy and made quite a fair bit so yummy left overs for lunch the next Day.
