Recipe's preparation

    Pork Ribs
  1. Prepare Ribs

Fill thermomix bowl with 1700 grams of water. Place lid on bowl and veroma bowl and tray onto bowl.

Place grease paper into tray (over hanging alittle, this catches and holds juices of ribs to keep moist)
Place Ribs onto paper in the tray and then place lid on to retain moisture.

Then set timer too 99 minutes on 120c and speed 1

    Prep Sauce
Put all ingredients into Measuring jug and mix together (can add some 2x teaspoons of brown sugar if you like a sweeter sauce)

    Marinade Ribs
Once ribs have finished put on a piece of Aluminum Foil (big enough to wrap the whole ribs in 1x piece)
Pour as much sauce as you can over ribs in foil to marinate
Put onto tray(in foil) into refrigerater for 24hrs

    Cooking Ribs
Heat oven or BBQ with lid eg Webber, to 170c (no need to preheat)
Place in ribs(wrapped in foil) into BBQ or Oven for 2hrs
Then pull ribs out of foil (carefully to keep sauce in foil for basting) and place on grill in BBQ (Oven you may have to do this in tray to stop leaking onto oven)
    Baste both sides
Baste every 10 minutes another 2-3 times

Pull out of BBQ or Oven and let rest for 1minute

    Then Enjoy!!!

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Easy marinade to make providing you have everything in the pantry. Didnt add sugar as the sauces contain enough to make it taste sweets. Would be nice the next day to allow the flavours to go through but meat was very tender
