Delicious thanks for posting
easy & very nice, family & visitors loved it
A family favourite
This recipe is a go to favourite for my family. I add 2 tins of tomato to the sauce as well as a load of other veggies such as a carrot, mushrooms and celery. Great way to sneak in veggies. I also let the meatballs soak in the sauce for about 10 mins before serving. Delicious!
These meatballs were a hit, however as mentioned below not enough sauce and it was too thick. I will try again but will definitely double the sauce mix.
The meat balls were very yummy, however no where near enough sauce,
These were delicious. I did have to google whether to use cooked rice or uncooked so maybe the recipe should be clearer about that. It wasnt until they cooked that I realised why they are called porcupines I also used fresh tomatoes rather than canned..in future I would use more than 400g to have more sauce
I was searching for a recipe to use up some leftover passata sauce, and was both pleasantly surprised with how easy these were to make as well as how good they tasted!! I will be making these again. Thank you!!
Great result, loads of flavour and different textures. Highly recommended. Thanks for the recipe.
