I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Grate cheese 10sec/sp9 and set aside.
1. Partly freeze your cubed meat (60 minutes is ideal)
2. In batches of 500g, mince the meat 10 sec/speed 7
3. Mix everything together, roll into meatballs (approx. 70) and place in Varoma tray and dish. Set aside.
Make sure to leave gaps in the dish so steam can penetrate to the top layer.
1. Place onion and garlic in mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7
2. Add oil and saute 3 minutes/120/speed 1
3. Add the remaining ingredients and place Varoma on top and steam meatballs 20min/Varoma/speed 1
4. Pour meatballs and sauce into a Thermoserver and serve with spaghetti
Parmesan Cheese
Meatballs
Tomato Sauce
Tip
Spaghetti can be easily added to the suace and cooked according to the recommended time on the packet.
After 10 minutes I add the spaghetti, turn the meatballs, put the Varoma back on the mixing bowl and then Varoma/ 10 min/speed 1/Reverse
Your only challenge for this quantity is having a serving bowl big enough to place it all in....but it can be done and it looks fantastic!

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
