Ingredients
Sauce
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 onion, halved
- 1 tsp parsley, dried
- 1 tsp chives, dried
- 1 tsp Oregano, dried
- 1/2 tsp corriander, dried
- 1/2 tsp basil, dried
- 20 grams oliveoil
- 400 grams Can of chopped tomatoes
- 150 grams tomato paste
Meatballs
- 40 grams breadcumbs
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp Parsely, dried
- 1 tsp chives, dried
- 1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
- 1/2 tsp basil, dried
- 1/2 tsp corriander
- 1 egg
- 500 grams mince, beef or pork
Mash Potatoes
- 1000 grams potatoes
- 80 grams Butter
- 900 grams water
- 50 grams Milk

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. place garlic and onion in bowl and chop 4 seconds speed 7
2. scrape down sides add oil and saute for 3 minutes 100 deg speed 1
3. add remaining ingredients for sauce and cook for 4 minutes 100 deg speed 1
1. place 1-2 slices of slightly frozen bread into bowl and chop for 10 seconds speed 7 to make breadcrumbs-set aside
2. place onion into bowl and chop for 4 seconds speed 7 scrape down sides of bowl
3. add parsley chives oregano basil corriander and mix for 4 seconds speed 2
4. add mince breadcrumbs and egg and mix for 10 seconds speed 5
5. empty bowl onto a chopping board and roll into 3-4 cm balls and place onto a lightly oiled veroma tray place tray into veroma and set aside
1. peel 1kg of potatoes then cube and place into simmering basket
2. add 900 grams of water into bowl place simmer basket into bowl and place on the lid the put the veroma with meatballs on top and cook for 25 minutes veroma speed 1
3. remove veroma and simmering basket from bowl,empty water from bowl and place the butterfly into bowl and empty simmering basket into bowl add butter and milk and whip potatoes for 60 seconds speed 4 or until creamy to your liking
4. servce and enjoy !!!!!!!!!!

Easy recipe - very tasty. I used turkey mince & used Italian herbs for all the herbs. Also Sweet potato mash - so yummy!
