- 1 Large carrot, sliced
- 1 red chilli, optional
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 large potatoes, cubed
- 40 g olive oil
- 700 g Passata
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 2 tbsp veggie stock
- 1 tsp Whole black pepper
- 150 g frozen peas
- 800 g chicken breast, cubed

1. Add garlic,onion,chilli and pepper corns to bowl and chop 4 seconds speed 7
2. Scrape down sides of bowl and add olive oil and saute for 3 minutes 100 deg speed 1
3. add all other ingredients except frozen peas give good stir with spactular then cook for 30 minutes 90 deg reverse speed 2 for a few minutes the reduce to reverse speed 1
4. Add frozen peas cook for 5 minutes 90 deg reverse speed 1
