Ingredients
Marinade
- 125 grams olive oil
- 40 grams lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp ground sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

1. Mince garlic 4 seconds speed 6 scrape down sides
2. Add all other ingredients and combine for 30 seconds reverse speed 2
3. Slice meat of choice Beef Lamb Chicken Pork,pour marinade into bowl then one at a time coat the meat then put in the fridge for a few hours
4. Can be cooked either by spit roast,oven or vertical rotisserie

Tip
Serve on pita bread with lettuce,onion,tomato and tzatziki sauce for the perfect yiros

very tasty, taste very similar to the store brought chicken yiros meat from our supermarket minus the $22 price tag
Very subtle tasting. Next time I will put some more lemon juice and seasoning to counteract the amount of oil. Thankyou for a great recipe!
