This was lovely, I didn't bother about the last step to thicken, the flavours were great. Thank you

Tasty! Everyone loved this and just wanted more. Next time I will make double and triple the sauce as it was so yummy. I had a lot of oil in my dish after baking so removed a fair bit of it (never know if I should leave it all in or not.) thank you so much..

a success! yummy sauce but reduced it another four min. next time will make extra as it's a great gravy. roasted the veg simultaeneouly and cranked oven to max to crisp them while gravy reducing. thanks so much.

I cooked the chops (I used fillets) in my sauté pan, added the sauce and lid and cooked on stove top. Then removed pork while I reduced the sauce in the pan. Absolutely beautiful!

Very good flavour.  The meat was lovely and tender.  Only the gravy did not really reduce and would haave been better for a little thickening I think. Maybe the addition of an apple?  Worth experimenting with.  Thank you Karina.
