Loved how easy this is to make and it tastes good too. Like suggested, used butterfly and had no problems with shredding. Used oyster sauce and soy sauce and seasonings. Also substituted thinly sliced celery for capsicum as hubby cant eat it. Will make this one again. Thanks
Easy, fast meal. I used tofu instead of chicken for a vegetarian variant. Worked great. Also used wok ready noodles at end of cooking time straight into jug, little by little through the hole, while still on reverse stir. Less cleaning up!😊
Easy recipe to follow. Just add whatever sauces you like. I did teriyaki, soy and oyster sauces.
This is the first thing I have cooked in my thermomix as it looked easy, which it is. It didnt cook very well and is not very hot. I wonder whether its because I added broccoli and cauli, as we don't like capsicum and zuchini. I cooked it for nearly double the time however the chicken came out shredded and there was no sauce to be found. I dont understand how 6 tablespoons of liquid can make a sauce. A disapointing first effort. I will try it again when I understand how the thermomx works.
Cocobean88:I have found cutting chicken breast into 3cm cubes and using the butterfly whisk means the chicken doesn't shred
Zarabelle13:there was quite a bit of liquid but poured it over the noodles and it was perfect!
This was so quick and easy! I used ABC sweet soy, oyster sauce, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce. Used up the veg in the fridge. Cut up chicken breast in 3cm cubes and used the butterfly whisk when cooking - chicken was perfect not shredded at all.
Has anyone else had trouble with watery end result? Followed recipe but didnt turn out, chicken shredded and had no taste
