Fettucine
- 1/2 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 avocado
- 100 g pure cream
- 1 lemon juice
- 100 g white wine
- 25 g olive oil
- 30 g Cashews
- 20 g macadamias, crushed
- 1 tbsp vegetable stock, from Everyday Cookbook
- 500 g chicken breast, diced
- 300 g water
- 250 g Fettucine

- Chop onion and garlic, speed 5 for 10 seconds.
- Add olive oil and saute for 2 minutes on 100 degrees, speed 1
- Take seed out of avocado, and take skin off. Add to TM bowl with cream and lemon juice. Mix for 15 seconds on speed 4.
- Add white wine, vege stock, chicken and water. Cook for 7 minutes, speed 1.5 at100 degrees "Counter-clockwise operation" .
- Break fettucine in half and submerge in TM bowl. Make sure all fettucine is covered in liquid. Cook for another 10 minutes, speed 1.5, 100 degrees "Counter-clockwise operation" .
- Add cashews and macadamias. Mix into pasta using speed 3, for 30 seconds "Counter-clockwise operation"

Really Tasty. Was quite thick and gluggy though so would probably add a bit more liquid next time. Also might try smaller pasta as I found the fettucini got stuck around the blades. Will definately make again.
Just having this for tea - youngest daughter says best Thermomix tea yet! I had to use penne pasta as out of fettuccini. Next time I'll add a little bit more liquid as a little dry (that could have been the different pasta) but other than that pretty good!
