Chicken and Cashew Curry
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 brown onion, halved
- 1 tsp yellow mustard seeds
- 20 g olive oil
- 200 g Cashews
- 1 can 400g tin tomatoes
- 2 tsp raw sugar
- 50 g tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp ground tumeric
- 1/2 tsp ground paprika
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground corrinader
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 can 400g coconut cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 800 g chicken breast, cubed

Step1. Place onion, mustard seeds, garlic cloves and cashews into bowl and chop for 5 seconds speed 7
Step2. Scrape down sides of bowl add olive oil and sauté for 3 minutes 100 degrees speed 1
Step3. Place all other ingredients and cook for 20 minutes 100 degrees reverse
"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
