Ingredients

Chilli Con Carne - TM31 TM5 TM6

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 brown onion, cut into quarters
  • 3 sprigs parsley, leaves only
  • 20 grams extra virgin olive oil
  • 60 grams spinach
  • 700 grams tomato passata
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable stock paste
  • 1 tbsp chilli flake, dried, (optional)
  • 500 grams Beef mince
  • 400 grams red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place onion, garlic and parsley into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7
  2. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula
  3. Add olive oil and cook for 3 min/100/speed 2
  4. Add passata, vegetable stock paste and chill flakes
  5. Insert simmering basket, weigh mince into it and cook 15 min/100/ Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /Speed 2, without measuring cup.
  6. Remove simmering basket with aid of the spatula and add cooked mince into mixing bowl.
  7. Add kidney beans and baby spinach stir to combine using spatula then add mc and cook 2 min/90/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1.
