  • 500 g sausages
  • 2 level tbsp olive oil
  • 1 portions onion
  • 2 portions carrots
  • 2 portions celery stalks
  • 1/2 portions red capsicum
  • 100 grams peas
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 level tbsp ginger
  • 200 g broccoli florets
  • 3 --- Potatos
  • 3 level tsp chicken stock, Powder
  • 3 level tsp curry powder
  • 1 level tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 level tsp garam masala
  • 1 level tsp ground cumin
  • 1 l water
  • 3 level tbsp cornflour
  • 100 g cream, Optional
  • 3 level tbsp warm water

Recipe's preparation

    Prepare
  1. Pierce each of the sausages with a knife/fork a couple of times and place in Varoma and Varoma tray
  2. Place water 1000g (1L) in bowl and then place Varoma into position and cook for 20mins - Varoma temperature, speed
  3. Remove Varoma - allow sausages to cool a little before cutting to desired size
  4. Discard water from TM bowl. Add garlic & ginger chop chop 3 secs on speed 5
  5. No counter-clockwise operation"No counter-clockwise operation" Add onions &Chop on turbo 2 secs/ speed 4. scrape down the bowl.
  6. Add oil, chicken stock powder, curry powder, turmeric, garum masala & cumin. Place simmering basket on top of lid. saute for 5min/120degrees/speed1
  7. Thinly slice carrot & celery. Chop potatoes into quarters. Set asside
  8. Add water, potatoes,capsicum & carrots. 15min/100degrees/speed 1 (or until veggies are cooked)
  9. In small bowl mix cornflour & warm water & set asside
  10. add saussages & cornflour mix to bowl & stir for 3min/85degrees
