- 500 g Beef mince
- 1/2 onion, Quatered
- 1 clove garlic, Peeled
- 1 level tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 level tbsp mustard, American

- Add Onion and Garlic to
"Closed lid" chop 4 secs, speed 5
Scrape down sides and chop for further 2 secs, speed 5
Add mince, worcestershire sauce and mustard and mix 30 secs speed 2.
Portion mixture into 4 large patties either with a mold or with hands then set aside for 30 mins uncovered i n fridge.
Cook for 5 mins each side on low heat on BBQ or pan.
Serve on burgers or by themselves!

If mix is not combined enough mix for further 30 seconds, speed 2

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
