This was super yummy! I added cauliflower and half a bunch of silverbeet. I also added an additional teaspoon of curry powder. Yummmmmm
Wow this was such a great quick meal. I added a bit of cornflour and water at the end just to thicken a bit.. Yum!!!
Still great, love it and do lots of add in now.
This was so easy. I will definitely make this again. I would also add a bit more curry powder for our taste. I used coconut milk instead of cream and added chopped cauliflower and kale.
Easy coconut curry chicken - Added sweet potato (baked separately) and served with rice. Only cooked with one chicken breast and will reduce cooking time if I only use one again because the chicken turned out a little dry. Otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed the flavours of the sauce. i will make again. Used half the sauce and will use the remaining sauce for another meal.
Easy and quick love it. I added bacon at the sauté part and mixed vegetables rest. Loved it.
I felt this was a little bland. Add more spices next time.
This recipe was delicious, quick and easy.
I didn't have any coconut cream, so I used lite coconut milk and a touch of cornflour And Italian diced tomatoes, still was great!
Super easy meal!
Doesnt get any quicker than this.
I added sweet potato in the cooking process & increased Vege stock to 1 tablespoon.
