I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Chop corned beef into chunks and place into mixing bowl. "Closed lid"
Turbo for one-second pulses until the corned beef is chopped.
(You don't want it to be minced)
Remove corned beef from bowl and place into a jug or bowl.
If you find there are still large pieces of the corned beef then place into Thermomix and repeat step 2.
Place onion and garlic into Thermomix.
3 Seconds | Speed 7
Mix together with a spoon, or your hands.
Pour water into Thermomix.
1 minute | 37 degrees | Speed 1
Place flour, salt, egg, milk and oil into Thermomix.
20 seconds | Speed 7
Or until the mixture is smooth. If it is not, add some more milk in small quantities. A cake batter mixture is not what you're after.
Mix the batter and mixture together.
Turn oven onto a low heat. 125 degrees.
Place vegetable oil in a frying pan or electric skillet.
Put cooked fritters onto a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Fritters can be placed onto baking paper and a tray and placed in the oven to keep warm.
Continue with step 14 until all fritters are cooked.
Serve the fritters with leftover mashed potato, vegetables such as carrot, green beans and peas and compliment with any leftover bechamel sauce if you have some left.
A cheesy mornay sauce and parsley would also work well.

Tip
If you have any old parsley or herbs that don't look to flattering, use them.
Place into Thermomix before step 1 and Turbo until finely chopped. Set aside and then add to mixture in step 5.

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I loved this recipe, thanks for sharing. Eating corned beef in this way was MUCH better than just sliced with 3 veg on the side.
I'll definitively will make it again!
