  • 100 g chicken breast, Remove fatty bits

Recipe's preparation

    Prepare case
  1. Cut out centre to create halved, hollowed log zuchini

  2. Steam in Varoma tray for 6 minutes, Varoma, Speed 4 (to begin to soften zuchini)

  3. Filling
  4. Chop Onion, Garlic and herbs 3 seconds Speed 7.

  5. Add tomatoes and chicken breast and Closed lid"Closed lid" Turbo 2-3 times til finely minced

  6. Cook 3 minutes, 100 degrees, Speed 1 or alternatively fry in frying pan with no oil.

  7. Fill zuchini logs with mince mixture

  8. Sprinkle with rock salt and bake in 200 degree oven for 15 minutes

    Currently doing Changing Habits phase 4 fat elimination protocol. In phase 2 and have a rotation of 4 meals. Now I have 5. This dish was a welcome change. Thankyou

    Good for you! I don't have any more recipe's that I have made up myself but I did find a bit of inspiration on Pinterest if you search 'hcg' and also make sure you buy the cookbook Cyndi promotes as there's more ideas in there and some can be adapted to Thermie method.

    Good luck! After a while you do get sick of the sight of salad! But it's worth it in the end tmrc_emoticons.;)
