Ingredients
Chicken Nugget
- 3 spring onions, (white part only)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp tmx stock
- 500 g chicken (mince)
- 1/2 cup bread crumb for coating, (TM made - dried & seasoned)

Chop spring onion and garlic - speed 8/ 5 secs
Add egg and stock - mix speed 6/ 5 secs
Add chicken mince - REVERSE /Speed 5/ 10 secs
Use a scoop (approx 1 TBS size), place onto baking paper and pop into freezer for 5-10 mins
Preheat Oven to 175'C
Put bread crumbs into Thermoserver base or on clean baking paper, roll 'nuggets' in bread crumbs.
Fry chicken nuggets on each side until golden brown and pop into oven to cook for 7 - 10 mins (or until cooked through

Added in some ‘hidden’ veges (1 zucchini and one small carrot) in step 1 and chopped a bit longer. This was for Mr 1 year old and for Mr ‘fussy’ 3 year old...... YUM! Thanks.

Chicken Nuggets: I didn't have any spring onions, however I did have a leak to use up. Added 20g of olive oil. Whizzed it up with the garlic for 7 secs/speed 6, then cooked on 120 degrees for 4 mins speed 1, then continued as per recipe, seasoned with salt and pepper and wow, they were lovely. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
Made these into schnitzels for the big 'kids' and it was an absolute hit, Will be a regular on the menu now
