So so nice Love I decided to fry them in peanut oil after reading previous comments. After tasting I think they needed more flavour. Next time I will double the garlic and coriander and will add more soy and oyster sauce.

I served them with a satay sauce I made yesterday in the Thermomix while I fried the meatballs

I make these at least once a week. I always use normal onion instead of spring onion and hoisin instead of oyster and they are just delicious. I always make a fresh pineapple, red onion and coriander salsa to accompany them, and serve with brown rice. Can't go wrong! Thanks so much, a staple in our house!

These were very tasty and moist even though I didn't have spring onion or oyster sauce. I would pan fry after steaming next time just for colour, but other than that quick, easy and great thanks!

These were very yummy and easy! I substituted the coriander for Vietnamese Mint out of necessity and accidentally used Tablespoons instead of Teaspoons for the sauces. I thought they seemed too wet but they turned out well and were delicious! I can't wait for my kids to get home from school to try them.

Very Tasty. Thanks for sharing! I didn't have any water chestnuts or spring onions, so I replaced them a 1/4 of a red onion the meatballs still came out very flavoursome. I will definitely be making these again as they were loved by all.

Very tasty meatballs!  I added ginger with the garlic and used chicken mince instead of pork.  I am serving these for nibbles with sweet chilli sauce.

Great recipe . Doubled the mixture and baked some in the oven. The steamed meatballs were tastier. Used a can of water chestnuts and hoisin sauce instead of oyster
