Really good!!! Only used 800g milk all up. 600g then 200g.
And added a cinnamon stick and 2 strips of lemon peel when first adding the milk.
I was not that impressed. I used long grain rice so not sure if i should have used a medium grain. the egg did not mix in and I found the rice was all mushed up. sorry
Simply delicious!! I used Arborio rice and only about 700gm milk and one egg and it turned out lovely and creamy. Made this for my father who absolutely loves rice pudding and I am sure he will love it.
Not sure what I did wrong but the eggs didn't mix/cook. Delicious after I mixed and cooked again
Beautiful and creamy, so easy to make, love it
I'm thinking of making this for kids lunch boxes, does anyone know if it can be frozen or best to reduce recipe size? TIA
Been feeling like rice pudding for SOOO long, but couldn't be bothered standing there stirring. This was SO EASY & tastes fab!
Very tasty thank you
yummo! I thought the mixture may have been a bit runny but it thickened on standing for 5 minutes. The whole family loved it.
