- 55 grams Butter
- 200 grams marshmallows
- 150 grams rice bubbles
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- sprinkles to decorate (optional)

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Add butter and marshmallows and stir until meltedand well-blended on speed 2, 100'C, 6 mins Add milk and vanilla, mix on speed 4 for 5 secs
Add rice bubbles and with aid of the spatula mix on
"Counter-clockwise operation" Reverse, speed 2.5 for 8 secs. Using buttered spatula or baking paperpress mixture evenly and firmly in greased pan. Optional: decorate with 100 & 1000s, sprinkles,mini chocolate chips or white chia seeds

First time making these, I'm assuming you put them in the fridge afterwards? Thanks.
Made these and they were chewy, not crisp.. what did I do wrong please??
Even better if you accidentally melt the chocolate chips in the mixture while it's still warm :O and then have to add more chocolate chips on the top
just made this, kids are happy to have a new addition to their lunchbox, added to my fast go to snack
