This was yummy and easy. I made it using 1kg of chicken wingettes - unfortunately I didn't have time to marinate them for 2 hours so I just ended up throwing the wingettes and the marinade straight in the oven - so from start to finish it only took an hour. They were still delicious and were a big hit - I'm sure they'll be even more delicious when they get a chance to 'sit' for a bit longer in the marinade.
Yum, this was great. I would have liked a little bit more of a garlic taste but overall the marinade was good and i only ended up cooking mine in the oven for 40min and just served with salad
