Ingredients

Pie Filling

  • 2 sprig spring onion, tailed
  • 1 brown onion, halved
  • small bunch parsley
  • 1 package Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 250 grams Milk, any milk ( i used almond)
  • 125 grams water
  • 100 grams white wine
  • 2 Chicken fillets, diced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 Celery, chopped
  • 30 grams extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 pieces Puff pastry
  • 1 head of brocolli, chopped

Recipe's preparation

  1. Describe the preparation steps of your recipe

  2. Place spring onion, brown onion & parsley in Closed lid"Closed lid" 3 secs, speed 6.  Add EVO 2 mins, 100 degrees, speed 1.Add Wine, 2 mins, 100 degrees, speed 1.  Add remaining ingredients and cook 10 mins, Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" 100 degrees, speed 1.

    Whilst that is cooking line pie dish with puff pastry.

    Then add filling into lined pasrty tin.  Cover filling with pastry to make it look like a pie.

    Place in fan forced oven 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes or untill the pastry in browned.

    Then serve.  Delish

     

Tip

You may use this filling as a pasta sauce.  You may also add and subtract your favourite veggies.
