Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 500 g diced lamb
- 250mL pumpkin soup, (used home made roast pumpkin soup)
- 250ml crushed tomatoes or passata
- 4 --- Small Potatoes, diced
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup frozen peas & corn
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- couscous and craisins, to serve
- 3 tablespoons Quince paste

Halve onion, peel garlic and place in thermomix for 3 seconds, speed 6
Scrape down sides of bowl.
Cook 100C Speed 1 for 2 minutes
Add diced lamb. Cook 100C reverse speed 1 for 3 minutes
Add pumpkin soup, crushed tomatoes/passata, potatoes, quince paste and cherry tomatoes.
Cook for 100C for 30 - 40 minutes, reverse speed soft
Add frozen peas for the past 5 minutes of cooking
If the sauce is still too liquid, can thicken with cornflour and water
Serve with couscous (mixed with craisins, salt and pepper
