Ingredients
- 4 pieces chichen thights, without skin and bones and cutted in big squares
- 170 grams onion, cutted in pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 Garlic gloves
- 60 grams olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable stock paste, (maid with thermomix)
- 400 grams water
- 200 grams pre-coocked cous cous
- 50 grams toasted almonds
- 1 bunch chopped parsley
- 1 cayenna chili, small
- 70 grams dates, cutted in pieces

Put the chicken and 100 grams of onion cutted in gloves into a bol and set apart.
Put in the bowl cumin seeds, coriander seeds, tomato paste, chili, garlic, 30 grams of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of vegetable stock and 40 grams of water. Mill 20 seconds/speed 7. Pour it on the chicken, mix and let marinate.
Without cleaning the bowl, add 70 grams of onion and 30 grams of oil and mix 4 seconds/speed 4.
Add the dates and cook 5minutes/100º/speed"Gentle stir setting" .
Add 250 grams of water, one teaspoon of vegetable stock paste and the cous cous and cook 4 minutes/Varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed"Gentle stir setting" . Place it on a serving plate and aerate the grains with a fork.
Without cleaning the bowl, add the chicken with all the marinate juice and cook 15 minutes/100º/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed"Gentle stir setting" .
Add 100 grams of water and one teaspoon of vegetable stock and cook 10 minutes/Varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed"Gentle stir setting" .
Serve the couscous in a serving dish forming a circle with the chicken and its sauce in the centre. Decorate with almonds and parsley.
