Ingredients
Curried Sausages
- 8-10 sausages, thin
- 1 onion
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 400 grams coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 300 grams basmati rice
- 500 grams Chopped Mixed Vegetables
- 1/2 Apple, diced
- 100 grams sultanas
- 100-200 grams water
- 1 tablespoon cornflour, optional
- 1 sheet Damp Greaseproof paper

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Place onion and garlic into bowl and chop 5secs/Speed 6.
2. Add Oil and Saute for 2-3mins/Speed 1.
3. Add Coconut Milk and curry powder.
4. Insert TM Basket and weigh the rice. Rinse Rice with water and insert Basket into the TM bowl.
5. Place the Lid on and place the Varoma on top. Add Vegetables, apple and sultanas into the dish and the Sausages onto the tray with damp greaseproof paper. Cook for 20mins/Varoma/Speed 4.
6. Remove Varoma and the TM Basket and place vegetables and rice into a large thermoserver.
7. Add extra water and cook for another
5-10 mins/Varoma/Speed 2 until Sausages are cooked through.
8. Remove sausages and cool before slicing into circles.
9. Add cornflour if using and cook for 2mins/80degrees/Speed 2.
10. Add sausages and curry sauce to vegetables and plate up with Rice.
