- 120 grams Small Mushrooms, Halved
- 30 grams olive oil
- bunch baby spinach, fresh
- 250 grams Beef mince
- 250 grams pork mince
- pinch ground chilli powder
- 150 grams tomato paste
- 400 grams Tinned Crushed Tomatoes, (1 Tin)
- 10 grams Worcestshire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon beef stock, Powder
- 2 tablespoons veggie stock concentrate
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Bechamel Sauce & Topping
- 3 Baby Bell Cheeses
- 250 grams cheese
- 100 grams parmesan
- 35 grams corn flakes
- 50 grams Butter
- 80 grams plain flour, (OR GF)
- 600 grams Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pinch Nutmeg

Describe the preparation steps of your recipe
Put all 3 cheeses in Thermomic and grate 10 sec / Spd 8
Then set aside
Chop Cornflakes up 5 sec / Sp 6
Then set aside
Place Onion, Garlic, Carrot, Basil, Parsley & Oregano in Thermy Chop 5 Sec / Sp 5
Scrap sides and chop again, until desired consistance
Put mushrooms in Chop 3 Sec / Sp 5
Add Oil Saute 2 min / Varoma / Sp 1
Add baby spinach chop 10 Sec / Sp 5
Add Beef & Pork mince
Use spatular to stir through
Cook 5 min / Varoma / Sp 1 / "Counter-clockwise operation"
Add Chilli Powder,Tomato Paste, Crushed Tomatoes (tin), Worcestshire, Beef Stock, Veggie Shock & Paprika
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cook 25 min / 100 temp / 1-2 Sp / "Counter-clockwise operation"
Place in Thermo Saver
Melt Butter for 2 min / 100 temp / Sp 1
Add sifted Flour & Cook for 1 min / 100 temp / Sp 1
Add Milk, Salt & Nutmeg
Scrape flour mixture from the bottom with Spatular
Mix 2 Sec / Sp 5 - to combine
Cook 8 min / 100 temp / Sp 2
Scrape flour mixture from the bottom with Spatular again
Mix 2 Sec / Sp 5 - to combine
Top Cheese Layer
Remove 1/3 cheese and combine it with cornflakes
the other 2/3 goes into the lasagna
In rectangle oven safe dish Oil
Layer as follows:
Bechamel Sauce - Sprinkle with Cheese

Top Lasagna layer is Cheese & Cornflake combo
Put assembled Lagana in Pre heated 160 temp oven for 40 min
Stand lasagna for 10 min before dividing and serving
Pre-Heat your oven to 160 degrees
