Savoury Beef and Red wine Pasta
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 --- onion, Large
- 20 g olive oil
- 3 tomato, Quartered
- 100 g red wine
- 600 g water
- 30 g TM stock
- 500 g Sizzle Steak, Cut in Strips
- 300 g pasta
- 100 g Mushroom, Sliced
- 40 g tomato paste

Chop Garlic and onion for 10 seconds, on speed 10
Add 20g Olive Oil and Sauté for 2 mins speed 1 at 100⁰
Add tomatoes - speed 7 for 6 seconds
Add Red wine, water, TM stock, sizzle steak cut in strips, pasta, mushrooms, tomato paste.
Cook on Reverse"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1 at 100⁰ for 20 – 25 minutes
Sprinkle with fresh grated Parmesan cheese to serve.

The flavor in this dish rocks! This was the first time that I ever attempted cooking with wine, and I was worried that it would taste too "wine-y," but it was just awesome!
Lovely tomato taste. I used macaroni and it was very over cooked by the end. I'd suggest adding the pasta 10 mins into cooking
