Stuffed Capsicums
- 1 brown onion, quartered
- 1 cloves garlic
- 2 red capsicum
- 250 g Beef mince
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 5 sprigs parsley
- 1 carrot, cut into pieces
- 1 zucchini, cut into pieces
- 400 g tomatoes, can crushed
- 75 g rice
- 50 g cheese, cubed
- 10 g olive oil
- 1000 g water

- Grate cheese, Turbo 1sec, 2—3 times until grated
Set aside in a small bowl
Do not clean bowl - Grate Carrot, Zucchini + Parsley together 2—3 secs, Speed 5
Set aside in a small bowl
Do not clean bowl - Rinse rice in Simmering Basket
Place 1000gms Water in Bowl and insert Simmering Basket
Cook 12—13 mins, 100°C, Speed 4
When cooked, remove Simmering Basket with Spautla and set Rice to cool - Chop Garlic 3 secs, Speed 6
Add Onion, chop 3 secs, Speed 6
Add 10gms Olive Oil. Cook with High Heat, 5 mins

Add 250g Beef Mince, Cook with High Heat 5 mins

Cook 5 mins, Varoma Temp, Speed 1"Counter-clockwise operation"
Add Canned Tomatos
Cook 10 mins, 100°C, Speed 1 "Counter-clockwise operation" without MC
(Use simmering basket to prevent splashing) - Preheat Oven to 180°C
Stir Rice into Tomato & Mince mixture
Cut capsicums in half, fill with Tomato & Mince mixture
Then top with grated Cheese and Bake for 20 mins
