    Recipe is created for
    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I just took delivery of my Thermomix... so I was flying in the dark a bit in making this recipe. I managed to get it altogether and now it is cooking. It was so easy to put together. I will let you know later how it tastes. I am so impressed with it so far. My pots and pans won't be getting much use now.

Beautiful and so full of flavour. I used two tablespoons of curry and found it too spicy for us so will drop it back to one tablespoon next time. I'll also not add the pepper as I found it a little strong. Thanks for sharing such a great recipe. Will definitely make again.

This was delicious, all the family loved it (apart from the husband who hates curry, and he didnt mind it.)  Added peas in last 10 mins of cooking.  Put the leftovers in puff pastry and made pies the following night .... another winner!  This one will be a regaular in our household!
