This was so good, can't wait to make it again, luckily for me my family don't like coriander, so I get it for lunch again the next day.  I added a squeeze of lime juice as well.

This was amazing! Full of flavour and so fresh. It's hard to stop at one serving. Wasn't sure how my partner would like it due to the coriander and mint but he too couldn't get enough. Can't wait to make this again.
