TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Easy simple recipe... loved by the whole family! Truly enjoyable
Unfortunately found this to be quite bland. Followed the recipe as described but added drained bamboo shoots instead of water chestnuts. Reduced the quantity of rice.
Needed to add salt & chilli to give it the flavour it lacked & even then I would say it was average at best.
Fresh, lively and tasty.
Great flavour and very easy. Was light and tasty, only issue was even on reverse some of the chicken was mushed up. Everyone loved it - and had seconds. I added some button mushrooms towards end too - Brilliant!
I really wanted to find a homemade chicken & cashew type stir fry like the local pub makes. This was so good, will be a regular dish from now on. (Didn't have sugar so left it out).
Sensational flavours. Absolutely lovely meal, will definitely make it again.
Great recipe tastes great didn’t have oyster sauce so used hoisin sauce and I cooked chicken on stove.
Enjoyed this very much. Needed a few different ingredients we did not have so substituted.
Yum! Whole family demolished this dinner including 2 year old!
Delicious dish that my family love - even the kids.
Delicious, I didn’t have all the veggies so used a mix of what I had.
DH went back for more & lunch the next day. Put some into a pie yum.
