High Fibre Dog Food
- 2 Cup, brown rice
- 800 gram water
- 6 piece chicken thigh, skin off
- 2 level tsp olive oil
- 1 Medium Sweet Potato, Cut in 3cm cubes
- 1/2 Cup, lentils
- 1 small pieces pumpkin, Cut in 1cm cubes
- 1 Cup, Broccoli

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Add 4 cups water and 2 cups Brown rice, and cook on rice cooker setting.
Place rice in a large bowl and set aside.
Put 800g water, and the chicken peices into mixing bowl and cook 20 mins on Varoma heat, speed 1.
Drain the water into a container or put in with the rice and set aside, leave the chicken peices in the mixing bowl.
Shred the chicken 10 sec, speed 7
Place shredded chicken into a bowl, and set aside.
Place the cooked rice, and water from the chicken into the mixing bowl
Add olive oil, sweet potato, pumpkin and lentils. Cook 15 mins, temp 100, Speed 1
Add broccoli
Cook for 5 mins
"Gentle stir setting" (or until moisture is absorbed)
Stir in shredded chicken.
Allow to cool before separating into portions.
I recommend feeding about 1/2 cup of food for every 9-11 kg of body weight. This recommendation is for 2 servings per day. So, a 11kg dog would eat about 1/2 cup in the morning and 1/2 cup in the evening.
