Could you please tell me what the orange cubes are please looks like sweet potato but there is no sweet potato in the recipe. It also cannot be carrot asthat is chopped up. Jeanette.
Delicious!
Loved this and so easy to make. I didn't add the chilli as it is not our thing but everyone loved it and there was a discussion as to who was getting the leftovers.
Yummo! I used chicken thighs, only 20g whole grain mustard and 20g dijon. I also halved the honey.
Didn't use butterfly whisk from comments and the chicken stayed in little pieces, just being careful with speed.
I used chicken thigh and had no problems with the chicken shredding. Did add a little more garlic.
Never have made or had this meal before and its quite delicious. My 4kids liked it as did hubby so win win. Did as recipe states but did the mix of the 2 mustards.
Loved this Had it again the next night and I think the mustard taste had really developed. My partner didn’t like the taste of the grated raw carrot in left-overs so I think next time I’ll split in half and add the carrot when we’re going to eat it
Absolutely delicious! I cooked 2kg of chicken in a pot and doubled the sauce so I had enough for 2 nights. Worked beautifully. The sauce was ahmazing!
I have a very fussy 2 year old who will not eat meat. But she had 2 helpings of this safe to say it's a hit haha
Very nice and easy recipe
